1. Exchange Eligibility

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:

  • You must initiate the exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Exchangeable Products

We cannot accept exchanges for the following items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Products with missing packaging, accessories, or labels
  • Hygiene-sensitive items like cosmetics, undergarments, or food items
  • Customized or special-order items

3. Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange, please contact our support team via email or phone. Once your request is approved, you’ll be guided through the return process. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll ship the replacement item within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Responsibility

If the item is being exchanged due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, etc.), we will cover the shipping costs. For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
